Ron wrote on Monday, June 17, 2019 (PDT): "Almost" dry enough...ground saturated really deep..! Hard to know.. I don't like raising the disc and only see the disc wheels go DOWN, in stead of the Disc going UP...!! (Thank Goodness for Duals)..!!
